HYMEC REPLACEMENT CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER

INSTALLATION: 70 mm to 72 mm
If you own an older HYMEC clutch system and have one
Replacement Nehomylinders need to look at the current part number
but are not sure, we have developed a method that will give you that
Locate the spare part number.
Remove engine from engine and press
Encoder cylinder, until the operating rod of the Nehomas cylinder completely
is retracted. The piston in the needle cylinder now touches the bronze cap
at the back of the Nehomas cylinder. If the Neh?
no longer works, it can be removed from the pressure line
and the operating rod for the measurement slowly and carefully
into the Nehomas cylinder.
Please note that the measured length is not the actuation length
– the operating length is 16 mm longer than the retracted
Length. After the measurement, please dispose of your old neo-cylinder
not yet, as you may need the cap or the support.
All MAGURA HYMEC replacement nec cylinders are equipped with standard cap
and standard support, as shown in the figures.
If the neo-cylinder you need is between two operating lengths
, always order the longer version and use
Spacer between support and Bowden cable mounting to the actuation length
to your motorcycle.
